Christmas Bird Counts
Fresno Audubon sponsors two Christmas Bird Counts in Fresno and Madera Counties
The Milburn Count takes place each year on a Sunday shortly before Christmas. Participants should meet at the Milburn Unit Overlook in Fresno (see map) at 7:00 a.m. For more information contact Larry Parmeter.
The Lost Lake Count usually take place each year on December 27. Participants should meet at the Lost Lake Park nature trail near the town of Friant (see map) at 7:00 a.m. For more information contact Kevin Enns-Rempel.
